working principle
The slime dryer is mainly composed of heat source (steam), feeding device, belt feeder, rotary drum, belt discharger, induced draft fan, dust collector and power distribution cabinet. The steam drying slime process is as follows: The slime of the drying system is fed to the material silo, chain conveyor, weighing scale, elevator, and feed valve through the raw material to achieve uniform feeding of the material and feed it into the drum dryer. The dried product is discharged from the chain plate. The slime to be dried first enters the raw material silo from a loader, and then is conveyed to the bucket elevator through the weighing scale and chain conveyor, and then enters the unloading chute in the front section of the drum. After being put into the drum dryer, it is quickly guided to the inclined lifting area by the large inclination guide plate, and with the rotation of the drum and the inclination of the drum, it is lifted from the bottom of the drum to the top of the drum and falls down to form a "material curtain" The wet-based material slime forms conduction and convective heat exchange with the tube heat exchanger. After reaching the heat balance, the slime is discharged out of the drying drum. After heat exchange, the exhaust gas containing a large amount of water vapor and dust passes through the cyclone dust collector, and after most of the dust is removed, it enters the bag pulse dust collector for dust removal. The purified exhaust gas is directly discharged to complete the entire drying process.

Performance characteristics of steam slime dryer
1. It is environmentally friendly. There is no flue gas in the internal hot steam rotation, no desulfurization and denitrification; and the dust removal adopts bag type or electric dust removal, and there is no waste water. So there is no "three wastes" in the whole process;
2. It is safe. The heat source adopts steam, and the heat exchange method is indirect heat exchange. Low pressure steam is sufficient. The pressure is not less than 0.4Mpa and the temperature is not higher than 300℃. And the system does not have air entering the inside of the equipment, the inside of the equipment is the water evaporated from the slime, and the gaseous water is drawn by the induced draft fan. Since no air enters the equipment, it not only reduces part of the energy consumption, but also the dust carrying concentration is extremely low. The system has low temperature, low oxygen content, and low concentration. Compared with the traditional flue gas slime drying, the safety has been substantially improved;
3. Energy-saving, energy-saving mainly comes from two points: one is the use of steam heat source indirect heat exchange, the heat transfer mechanism is heat conduction; the other is the use of dehumidification technology, the system has low air volume, low fan power, and condensate after steam heat exchange Can be recycled.
