Product Introduction
Corn cobs are made by crushing corn cobs and then undergoing strict screening. After the wet corn cob enters the corn cob dryer, it is evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacted with the hot air under the evenly distributed copy board in the drum to make full contact with the hot air, which accelerates the heat and mass transfer of the drying

. During the drying process, the corn cob is moved to the other section of the dryer under the action of the inclined board and the heat medium to discharge the finished product to be dried.

The corncob dryer is mainly composed of a heat source, a feeder, a rotary drum, a discharging machine, an induced draft fan, a discharger and a power distribution cabinet; after the wet corncob enters the dryer, it is uniformly distributed in the drum. When the plate is turned, it is evenly dispersed in the dryer and fully contacted with hot air, which accelerates the heat and mass transfer of the drying. During the drying process, the corncob is used in the work of the inclined board and the heat medium.

After use, go to the other section of the dryer to discharge the finished product by the star discharge valve.
