In the coal-fired boiler system of a power plant, the discharge of fly ash can be divided into two types: dry discharge and wet discharge. At present, in areas where the cement industry is developed, dry fly ash is used as a mixed material for cement production. The market is relatively good. It has been in short supply and has become a resource. The physical and chemical properties of wet fly ash are basically the same as those of dry fly ash. Due to the high water content (maximum up to 45%), it cannot meet the requirements of cement production and is not favored by the market. It can only be stacked in wet ash ash storage, which accumulates more and more, seriously polluting the environment. With the continuous optimization of national industrial policies and the increasingly stringent environmental protection regulations, the proper handling of wet fly ash has been put on the agenda. working principle
When the hot blast temperature of the hot blast stove reaches 350℃, under the instruction of the PC system, the equipment starts to work. The wet material conveying equipment sends wet fly ash with a moisture content of less than 20% into the dispersing feeder. The dispersing feeder has the dual functions of dispersing and conveying, so that the material is evenly sent to the belt conveyor. Enter the storage bin, and then pass through the screw feeder to evenly send the fly ash into the drying drum. This equipment saves energy by one third compared with the traditional tumble dryer and greatly reduces the production cost. Its working principle is as follows: the material enters the inner layer of the three-layer drum from the feeding device to achieve downstream drying. The material moves to the other end of the inner layer and enters the middle layer for countercurrent drying. The material is continuously lifted in the middle layer, and the material moves forward and backward in two steps. In this way, the material in the middle layer not only fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner drum, but also absorbs the heat of the middle drum, and at the same time extends the drying time, where the material reaches a dry state. The material travels to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The material travels in the outer drum in a rectangular multi-loop manner. The material that achieves the drying effect is quickly discharged out of the drum under the action of hot air. The wet material that does not achieve the drying effect cannot be fast due to its own weight. As it progresses, the material is fully dried in this rectangular copy board, thereby achieving the drying effect and completing the drying process. The wet fly ash exchanges heat with the hot air, the main methods are convection and heat conduction, and the radiation method also has a certain effect. The three-layer roller structure is conducive to the residence time of materials along the length in the equipment, which increases the heat exchange time, improves the efficiency of heat energy use, and reduces the equipment area.
