working principle
The material flow is: the crushed grass with a moisture content of about 45-75% is sent by the conveyor to the drum to achieve downstream drying. The grass is continuously picked up and scattered under the inner layer of the copy board in a spiral progression, passing through the inner, middle and outer parts. The three layers realize the heat exchange between the pasture and the hot air. The dried pasture will travel quickly and exit the drum under the action of the wind. The wet pasture that has not reached the drying effect cannot travel quickly due to its own weight. The pasture will be fully dried during the control stroke. To achieve the drying effect, the moisture of the forage grass is reduced to 14-18% (customer requirements), and the drying process is completed and discharged by the screw conveyor. A special removal device is installed inside the drum to prevent uneven drying of the forage. The gas flow is: the forage dryer is equipped with an indirect clean hot air stove. The clean air is pressurized by the blower and enters the heat exchanger for heating. The temperature reaches 150-350℃, and is sucked into the dryer by the induced draft fan after the dryer to dry the material and evaporate. Moisture, the temperature is reduced to 35-55 ℃ and discharged from the dryer, and the dust-containing moisture is purified and discharged by the dust collector.
