Cleaning --- The vibrating screen that the hairy barley is lifted into by the hoist removes the large and light impurities contained in the raw grain, and then enters the gravity classification stone remover equipped with a magnetic separator to further remove the metal, stones, and stones in the raw grain. Such impurities as dust and sand ensure the cleanliness of subsequent processing materials. The cleaning process designed in this program is two magnetic separation, two cleaning, and two stone removal, with auxiliary wind cleaning in the middle, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the raw grain and reducing the dynamic consumption as much as possible.

　　 Dehulling --- The cleaned materials are classified by the grading equipment, and the dehulling equipment performs the graded dehulling processing of the classified barley, which can quickly and stably complete the effective peeling of barley husks and barley seeds. The dehulling equipment is a barley dehulling machine independently developed by our company. This equipment has the advantages of stable operation, low crushing rate, and whole rice rate.

Whitening---Hulled barley is divided into two grades. The barley whitening equipment and barley brushing equipment independently developed by our company are used to perform grades of whitening and brushing on the barley after dehulling to further increase the quality of the barley.
