Boil sugar, crystallize and separate honey: the syrup is pumped into a sugar cooker and further heated and evaporated under vacuum. Then continue to add syrup or molasses to gradually grow the crystal grains until a massecuite with the crystal content and mother liquor concentration in the whole tank is formed, and then the tank can be placed.
Drying: The released massecuite flows into the honey separator through the crystal aid tank, the mother liquor is separated by centrifugal force, the crystal sugar remaining in the machine is washed with water, and the finished sugar is discharged after drying.
Generally, the next four steps are the same as sugar cane sugar. Sugar production refers to the production process of extracting sucrose from sugar-containing plants such as sugar cane or sugar beet. The products include white granulated sugar, red granulated sugar, soft white sugar, cube sugar and rock sugar, collectively referred to as table sugar.
