The peptic impurities in the oil are very small, they are dispersed in the oil in the form of particles, and form a colloidal solution with the oil, which is what we usually call phospholipids, protein mucus, etc. Although phospholipids have nutritional value, their presence will make the oil color dull. Phospholipids will also deteriorate the oil when they encounter a temperature of 270 degrees, which will seriously affect the quality. When our equipment decolorizes oil, white clay is used, because white clay has high activity, low oil absorption rate and good filtration. Decolorization can also remove some harmful substances in the oil, such as some pesticide residues and some substances that have undergone oxidative deterioration. After the process above our equipment, the oil that comes out has a strong smell and a light color.
Lard refining equipment
  Animal oil is relative to vegetable oil. Animal oil, that is, animal fat, is animal fat. Animal oil for human consumption is generally derived from pigs, cattle, chickens, fish, etc., and can be used to process food to give the food a meaty fragrance.

Animal oil production refers to the processing of animal suet, animal meat and intestine oil and meat mixture into animal fat. There are two processing methods, wet method and dry method.

Negative pressure refining process for animal fat
Refining method: Usually used for animal fat processing, it is considered to be a relatively complete processing method in terms of hygiene. The process flow mainly includes the following sections:

Unpacking and crushing section
After the raw materials are unpacked, they are transported by the conveyor to the crusher for crushing, and the crushed particles are in φ3-5mm;

Preheating and conveying section
In the preheating pot, the material reaches a solid-liquid mixed state. The preheating pot plays the role of material balance for the entire production line.

Negative pressure refining section
This process adopts a horizontal vacuum oil boiling pot, and the animal oil raw materials can quickly realize the separation of oil, water and residue in a vacuum state.

Vacuum dehydration section
The water molecules and peculiar smell micro-molecular volatiles in the raw materials are quickly separated from the raw oil and fat under a vacuum state, and flow into the tube condenser with the vacuum flow, and are condensed into distilled water under the cold water circulation and collected in the separator tank.

Oil residue separation section

This process uses a chain type oil residue separator to separate and drain the oil residue, effectively separating the surface oil of the oil residue.
The oil residue is transported to the oil press for squeezing.

Press section
The separated oil residue is pre-pressed by a horizontal screw extruder, and the pre-pressed cake is lifted by a conveyor to be pressed by a secondary screw press; the pressed oil cake enters the meat meal workshop;

Crude oil filtration section
Crude oil is pumped into a vertical blade filter through a sludge pump to filter, and the impurity content in the oil is below 0.2%. The separated oil residue is compressed by air, filtered by vibration, and then transported into the scraper to the oil press for squeezing;
