Cottonseed oil production equipment
Cotton is cultivated in many parts of the world, but it is mainly produced in China, Uzbekistan, the United States, India, Pakistan, Egypt and Turkey, etc. It is one of the common oil crops. The oil content of cottonseed with hull is 17%-20%, and the oil content of cottonseed without hull is 33%-40%. So how to get cottonseed oil from cottonseed? What cottonseed oil production equipment is needed?
There are generally two production methods of cottonseed oil: pressing method and leaching method. If your cottonseed oil production is 1-10 tons/day, the pressing method is more economical. If your cottonseed oil production is more than 10 tons/day, the leaching method is a good choice.
The cottonseed oil production equipment used in the pressing method includes cottonseed pretreatment equipment, pre-press and press.
The cottonseed pretreatment equipment includes a magnetic separator, a vibrating screen, a specific gravity stone remover, a sheller, an embryo rolling machine and a steaming pan. After pretreatment, the impurities of cottonseed are cleaned up, and the moisture, temperature and internal structure are also adjusted to a proper pressing state, which improves the oil yield. It should be noted that the output of cottonseed oil is less than 10 tons/day, engineers suggest not to peel the shell, which will be more cost-effective. If the output is more than 10 tons/day, shelling is required, otherwise the grease loss will be great.

At present, the oil industry in my country mainly adopts two production processes, one is the squeezing method, and the other is the leaching method. With the help of mechanical external force, the method of extracting oil by squeezing the grease out of the oil is called the squeezing method.

The crushed crude oil contains a certain amount of cake crumbs, and the residue is removed before the oil is refined. Cottonseed oil and refining process
Pressed cottonseed oil: oil obtained by direct pressing of cottonseed. Leaching cottonseed oil: oil obtained from cottonseed through the leaching process. Genetically modified cottonseed oil: oil made from genetically modified cottonseed.
Cottonseed crude oil: Cottonseed oil that cannot be directly eaten without any treatment.
Finished cottonseed oil: Directly edible cottonseed oil that has been processed to meet the standard product oil quality indicators and hygiene requirements.

1. Fried seeds
Generally, put 1/4 to 1/3 of the capacity in the pot, and fry it evenly. After frying, the cottonseeds are flattened in the trough, and the hot steam is dissipated in the bucket with sticks, and it is easy to sieve and clean after being cold.
2. Sieving
Use manual sieve or fixed sieve to remove soil and impurities.
3. Grinding
When grinding, the cutting material should be less, and it should be even and continuous
cottonseed oil flow, the grinding speed is appropriately fast, so that the cottonseed is easy to break.
4. Add water
Sprinkle water along the ring groove of the roller. When grinding, sprinkle water while turning the seeds to make the billet evenly draught and the milling is consistent. Grind for about 20 minutes until the fine billet is not agglomerated.
5. Steamed billets
Pour the dough into the steaming bucket and flatten it by hand to make the steaming bucket evenly ventilated and the temperature and moisture of the dough are consistent. The bottom of the steaming bucket is round like a shau-kei back, and it is evenly heated. The water level of the steamer should be the same. The distance between the bottom of the steaming bucket and the water surface should be more than 16 cm, and the fire should be even.
6. Baobing
Bing cakes should be dispersed and packed quickly, packing flat and tight, and squeezing concentrated and fast. Single circle pancakes are about 2 cm thick after pressing. The time should be shortened as much as possible to prevent the heat loss in the blank.
7. Squeeze
When the pie is virgin, the pie is aligned, and the distance between the circle and the circle is adjusted to prevent the pie from being uneven. When sharpening, keep the oil flow out of line. When the oil line is broken, squeeze for another 2 hours before squeezing.
8. Clarification and filtration
There are many impurities in the crude oil squeezed out. It should be cooled quickly, and then filtered after standing for a period of time, so as not to deepen the color and increase the refining loss.

Cottonseed oil is also the main cooking oil. However, wool cotton oil contains gossypol (content about 1%), gum and wax (content varies depending on the amount of husk in oil-making cotton embryo), which is of poor quality and is not suitable for direct consumption. Operation points: the operating conditions before alkali refining are the same as crude oil refining, the concentration of re-refining lye is 6-12°Bé, the addition amount is 1%-3% of the oil volume, the re-refining temperature is 70-90℃, and the oil back pressure is 0.15 MPa. The operating conditions of washing, decolorization and deodorization are similar to those of peanut oil refined edible oil. If degreasing is performed after deodorization, the grade of the refined oil is refined refrigerated table oil (salad oil).
