production method
Cement production uses limestone and clay as the main raw materials, which are crushed, batched, and ground by a ball mill to make raw materials, and then fed into the cement rotary kiln to calcinate mature materials, and then add appropriate amount of gypsum to the clinker, and add some mixed materials or externally. The agent is ground into cement by cement mill, and then transported by a packaging machine or bulk machine to leave the factory. Cement production equipment usually adopts dry cement production process. The raw material is dried and ground into raw meal powder at the same time, and then fed into the dry-process rotary kiln for calcining mature material. The main advantage of dry production is low heat consumption.

Process description
(1) Limestone and sandstone crushing
Limestone and sandstone are crushed by their respective crushers and discharged by belt conveyors.
(2) Limestone pre-homogenization and treatment
The broken limestone is stacked in a pre-homogenization shed. The pre-homogenized limestone is recovered by the reclaimer and conveyed to the raw abrasive silo by the belt conveyor.
(3) Sandstone storage and handling
The crushed sandstone is stored in a sandstone storage bin. It is extracted from the storage bin by a belt extractor and transported to the feed bin of the raw mill through a belt conveyor.
(4) Clay storage and handling
In the dry season, the clay is transported by truck from the quarry to the clay storage bin and stacked by bulldozers or loaders. The clay is retrieved from the storage bin by the loader, sent to the hopper, and transported by the belt conveyor to the raw mill feed bin.
(5) Raw meal grinding and transportation
The raw materials are extracted from their respective silos by a belt scale (plate type for clay) and conveyed to the raw material mill system by a belt conveyor. The raw meal mill is a closed-circuit gas sweep ball mill.
The hot air discharged from the preheater is used as the heat source for the drying of the raw meal mill. When the kiln is shut down or the hot air from the preheater is insufficient, there is a spare oil furnace to supply hot air.
(6) Homogenize raw meal into preheater
In the mixing silo, the raw meal is homogenized to achieve the desired product consistency level. The homogenized raw meal is fed from the batching bin to the preheater through the kiln feeding system. The kiln feeding system is composed of a level box, a flow valve, a weight meter, an air slide and a bucket elevator...
(7) Clinker firing
The raw meal is heated and pre-decomposed in a five-stage preheater/calciner, and enters the kiln when it is 90-95% decarburized. The hot clinker in the kiln is cooled in the clinker cooler. The cold clinker from the cooler is transported by the bucket conveyor to the clinker silos (two).
Part of the exhaust gas discharged from the clinker cooler is used as the heat source for the coal mill. Part of the exhaust gas discharged from the grate cooler enters the kiln as the secondary air, and the other enters the calciner as the tertiary air, and the rest of the exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere after being dedusted by the air-cooled heat exchanger.
(8) Kiln/raw mill waste gas treatment
Part of the exhaust gas from the outlet of the kiln preheater is used as the heat source of the raw mill system. The remaining part, together with the raw mill waste gas, is discharged into the atmosphere after being dedusted by the c/w air-to-air heat exchanger of the bag filter. The dust collected in the baghouse is sent to the homogenization warehouse or the clinker warehouse.
(9) Peat preparation and feeding system
After the peat arrives at the factory, it is piled up in a covered storage area with a bulldozer or loader. The peat is sent from the storage bin to the extraction funnel by the loader. The weighing feeder discharges the material to the belt conveyor, and the belt conveyor transports the peat to the mill feeding bin.
(10) Clinker storage and processing
The clinker is extracted from the storage bin by a belt extractor and transported to the cement abrasive bin by a belt conveyor. The silo has two extraction points, one for each cement mill.
(11) Storage, crushing and handling of gypsum and volcanic ash
After arriving at the factory, the volcanic ash will be crushed, dried and stacked in the warehouse; the gypsum will also be crushed and stored. Both gypsum and pozzolan are supplied from the warehouse by the loader, and then transported to the respective cement grinding silos by belt conveyors.
(12) Cement grinding
Clinker, pozzolan, and gypsum are mixed with a belt scale according to the set value, and the mixture is sent to the closed-circuit cement mill by a belt conveyor. The ground product is transported to the cement silo by bucket elevator. The gas outside the mill is discharged into the atmosphere after being dedusted by the bag filter.
(13) Cement storage and transportation
The cement is stored in four silos of equal capacity. The silo has a tapered bottom (not a flat bottom) and is equipped with an inflatable cushion to ensure a consistent extraction rate.
The cement is transported from the silo to the packaging plant via pneumatic slides and bucket elevators. Provide a bulk loading station with telescopic chute and dust collection device; feed from only one silo.
The packing device consists of two rotating 8-nozzle packing systems, each with a capacity of 100t/h. The bagged cement is loaded onto the truck by the belt conveyor or sent to the product warehouse. Each packer system can be fed alternately from two cement silos.
(14) Compressed air station
Compressed air is mainly used for bag filter, gas control valve, preheater group and pneumatic instrument. The total compressed air demand is 40 m3/min, and the pressure is 0.5~0.7MPa. This station consists of 4 air compressors and supporting drying/filtering equipment, 3 of which are in use and 1 is for standby. The capacity of each compressor unit is 15m3/min, and the discharge pressure is 0.75mpa. Compressed air index: temperature <40°C, dust diameter <1μm, oil 0.01ppm, pressure 2-10°C.
(15) Cooling water system
The water used for cooling comes from an intake of the factory's existing water system. The cooling water system is a closed circuit to reduce consumption and consists of a circulating pump, cooling tower and water treatment.
