Process introduction:

The raw materials are extruded, matured, and tempered. The raw materials are added to the feed formula in a certain proportion after extruded, which can improve the palatability of the feed, increase the nutrition, effectively improve the breeding efficiency, reduce the breeding cost, and increase the economic benefit. The design of this line can be used to produce 1-2T/hour expanded corn or 3-4T/hour expanded soybeans, using one crushing line, one puffing line, and one packing line. The total power of the equipment is approximately: 352KW; the construction area of the production area is approximately 11x10.5x18.5m (height); it is equipped with a 0.5T boiler. The whole line has compact design, reasonable structure, meets environmental protection requirements, and can be oriented design according to customer requirements.

Process characteristics and section introduction:

Raw material receiving and cleaning section: This section is equipped with a feeding port for separate dust removal and good dust removal effect.

Cleaning equipment: granular screen SCY63, designed to produce 5-15T/H per hour;

Fine crushing section: This section uses one crusher and two smashing bins. Before the raw materials enter the warehouse, impurities are removed by a magnetic separator to ensure the safe operation of the crusher.

Crushing equipment: crusher SFSP668×800, 110KW, designed to produce 4-5T/H per hour (¢2.0mm sieve mesh soybean crushing).

Puffing section: This section adopts a single-screw wet raw material extruder. Above the extruder, there is a warehouse to be puffed. The puffing warehouse is designed as a round warehouse and equipped with a disc feeder to prevent the material from arching and discharge smoothly. .

Puffing equipment: SPHS200, 1.5+5.5+132+3KW, designed hourly output: puffed corn flour output: 1.5~2t/h; puffed soybean flour output: 3.5~4t/h.

Packing equipment: fast single-bucket pellet scale for extruded materials, packing range 20-25kg/bag, 4-6 bags/min.

Auxiliary section: Dust removal system, dust removal at the packing mouth, to improve the working environment of workers.



According to the needs of different customers, the solution can be optimized for configuration:

1. In this plan, an ordinary single-shaft conditioner is selected as the pre-conditioning of the extruder. If you want to further improve the quenching effect and increase the maturity, you can switch to a dual-shaft differential conditioner, a multi-layer conditioner or quality assurance Device, but the investment cost will increase;

2. The installation form of the silo can also be fabricated or welded. The cost of fabricated silo is higher, the installation on site is quick and convenient, the cost of welding silo is lower, the workers are welded on site, the labor intensity is large, and the time is long.
