Single-point dust removal is a humanized design for our company, providing a better working environment, but the cost increases, and customers can consider whether to adopt this configuration according to actual needs;

3. A crusher can be selected after the cooler, especially in the production of poultry feed, the crusher can crush the finished large particles into small particles, improve production efficiency and reduce production costs;
4. The vertical dryer in the shrimp and crab material granulation section can be selected according to needs. If you do not produce large-sized crab material, you can ignore the use of the dryer.
Process characteristics and section introduction:
The various feeds produced by the project have different processing techniques such as crushing fineness and raw material maturation. In order to avoid cross-contamination, and to minimize the total investment in equipment and workshops, the project will design the four production lines in the same workshop Inside, the parts that can be shared are shared as much as possible, and the parts that cannot be shared are all separated independently. The specific sections and configurations are as follows:
Silo section:
Determine the size and quantity of the silo according to the customer’s storage cycle or material usage cycle. This process designs two 2000T steel silo (spiral silo) for storing corn. The silo type can also be made into an assembly silo according to customer requirements. All exposed parts of the silo are Do hot-dip galvanizing, and the support is concrete support (if the storage capacity is less than 1,000 tons, steel structure support can be considered). The silo is equipped with a material level, temperature measurement and ventilation system, which can monitor the material inside the silo in real time and effectively control the grain situation.
Raw material receiving and cleaning section:
In this section, the granular material feeding cleaning and powder material feeding cleaning are separated independently, and the dust is removed separately, and the dust removal effect is good.
Cleaning equipment: granular sieve SCY100, designed to produce 30-50T/H per hour; powder sieve SQLZ90×80×110, designed to produce 30-50T/H per hour.
Crushing section:
This section uses three pulverizers, two of which are dedicated to crushing livestock and poultry and ruminant materials, and one is dedicated to crushing shrimps and crabs and puffed materials. Each crusher is equipped with two chambers to be crushed, which can crush different raw materials at the same time to improve production efficiency. Before the raw materials enter the warehouse, impurities are removed by a magnetic separator to ensure the safe operation of the crusher.

One-time batching and mixing section:
This section uses 42 batching bins, of which 8 shared bins are equipped with three sets of batching mixing systems. Among them, the livestock and poultry feed and ruminant feed are independent batching systems, and the puffing line and the shrimp feed line share a single batching system. Each batching system is equipped with two batching scales for simultaneous batching, which is controlled by the batching program independently developed by our company to realize accurate fast and slow feeding, fast batching speed and high precision.
Weighing equipment: batching scale PCS20 (3 sets) / PCS10 (2 sets) / PCS05 (1 set), batching accuracy: dynamic ≤ 3‰, static ≤ 1‰. Livestock and poultry, ruminant pelletizing section:
This section uses 2 double-layer quenched and tempered granulators, which are dedicated to the production of livestock and poultry and ruminant materials. Each granulator is equipped with two granulating bins, which makes it easy to switch between varieties. After granulation, it enters the cooler, the crusher, and the elevator into the rotary grading sieve for screening. The finished product enters the packing bin, the powdered material is screened out and returned to granulation, and the large particles are screened out and returned to the crusher for crushing.

Livestock and poultry, ruminant packing section:

Superfine grinding section:
This section is equipped with 2 ultra-fine pulverizers, which are respectively used for the secondary pulverization of the puffing line and the shrimp and crab feed line. It adopts wind-driven discharging, equipped with Shakron, pulse dust collector, and the pulverization fineness can be adjusted according to customer requirements .
Ultrafine powder equipment (2 sets): SWFL130, 160+15+2.2KW; design hourly output: 3-6T/H/set.
Secondary mixing section:
The puffing and shrimp and crab feed lines are equipped with two independent batching systems, four batching bins, two mixers are designed, and a small material adding port is equipped with an inspection scale.
Secondary mixing equipment: Mixer SHSJ2 (2 sets), (18.5KW, 1000kg/batch), designed to produce 6-8T/H/set per hour. Mixing uniformity CV≤5%.
Expansion section:
This section uses a twin-screw extruder, the expanded material is transported to the horizontal circulation dryer to reduce the moisture of the material, and finally it is transported to the next process.

Spraying and packing section:
This section adopts a thermal spraying process, which sprays grease on the surface of the puffed particles and then cools them. This process can make the grease penetrate into the particles and improve the quality of the particles. After the pellets are cooled, they are packed into finished products or packed in bulk.
Drum spraying machine: SYPG1000, 2.2KW, design output: 4-6T/H, cooling equipment: SKLB4, 1.1+1.5KW, 4m³ volume, design output 3-7T/H.
Packing equipment: fast single-bucket pellet scale for extruded materials, packing range of 20-50kg/bag, 6-8 bags/min.
Shrimp and crab material pelletizing section:
This section adopts a belt-driven shrimp pelletizing machine, in which the conditioner is equipped with a dual-shaft differential conditioner + a quality preserver + a jacketed conditioner, which effectively guarantees the pre-maturing requirements for pelleting. Two bins to be granulated are arranged above the machine. The finished product after granulation enters the stabilizer for post-curing treatment to improve the stability of the feed in the water; in order to solve the problem that the water content of the large-particle crab feed is likely to exceed the standard, this project specially adds a drying process, which comes out of the stabilizer. The particles enter the vertical dryer for drying to remove excess water, and then enter the cooler for cooling, and finally are lifted into the rotary grading screen for screening, and the finished product enters the packing bin.

Packing section:

Shrimp and crab material crushing section:
The purpose of this section is to produce seedling shrimp and crab feed. After the large particles of the finished product pass through the crusher, the two-piece high square sieve is used to screen out the required finished materials of different sizes to meet the particle requirements of the seedling shrimp and crab at various stages.
Auxiliary section:
