Definition of piglet feed and common fattening pig feed: different from suckling pig feed, piglet feed refers to the feed for young pigs from 2 weeks after weaning to before fattening (about 70 days of age). At this stage, young pigs grow rapidly and are stressful. Strong, the quality of feed directly affects the growth rate and disease resistance after fattening. ordinary fattening pig feed generally uses conventional feed formula, which requires good palatability and high feed-to-meat ratio, which is in line with the feeding of pig feed at the fattening stage.

Raw materials: corn, (puffed corn, puffed soybeans, puffed soybean meal—for piglet feed), fish meal, stone powder, whey powder, fat, meat and bone meal, salt, premix, etc.
Process introduction:
Due to the large production capacity of this project and the main feed for the farm's own use, the manpower-saving automation equipment is used as much as possible. Bulk raw materials are stored in silos, and the remaining small amounts of raw materials are manually fed by forklifts through the warehouse feeding port. The production process is controlled by a centralized control room, and the finished products are combined with automatic packaging lines and bulk lines. Among them, the high-end pig feed and fattening pig feed production lines are built in the same workshop. Except for the raw material silo and the finished product bulk warehouse, the other equipment and operations of the two production lines are completely independent.
The 9-6000T raw material silo is used to store raw corn. The silo type is an assembly silo, the model is: ¢22m×20.16m, the basic form is a flat-bottomed foundation, and the warehouse is discharged with a sweeper. The total power of the equipment is about: 930KW;
The 36-200T bulk silo is used to store finished pellets. The silo is an assembly silo, the model is: 6.4m×8.96m. It is supported by a large steel structure platform, and the bottom of the all-steel cone is discharged. The bottom of the silo is transported and packed in bulk.
The total area of the raw material silo and the finished product bulk silo is about 115×85×24.5m; the silo area is separated from the production area, and the layout is reasonable.

The processing characteristics of high-grade piglet feed are fine pulverization (sieve aperture 1-2mm), high maturation requirements (primary pelletizer adopts double-layer conditioner and quality preserver), and low tempering temperature (uses low temperature secondary Granulation to reduce the deactivation of heat-sensitive materials), and the diameter of the finished particles is small (the diameter of the particles is about 2-3mm). The pig feed line with an annual output of 60,000 tons adopts two crushing lines, a single batching mixing line, a single granulating line, a second single mixing line, a second double granulating line and a fully automatic packing line. The total power of the equipment is approximately: 930KW;
The processing characteristics of ordinary fattening pig feed is moderately pulverized (sieve aperture 2-4mm), maturation and conditioning requirements are moderate (the pelletizer adopts a double-layer conditioner), and the finished particle diameter is large (the particle diameter is about 2.5-4mm) . The annual output of 600,000 tons of fattening pig feed line adopts four crushing lines, two batching mixing lines, four granulating lines, 4 fully automatic packing lines and bulk packaging lines. The total power of the equipment is about: 2870KW
Approximate building area of production workshop (two lines built in the same workshop): 30×27.5×31.5m; supporting 8T boiler (total production line). The whole line has compact design, reasonable structure, meets environmental protection requirements, and can be oriented design according to customer requirements.
