Process introduction:

Rabbit feed is characterized by moderate crushing fineness (sieve mesh aperture 2-4mm), low maturation and conditioning requirements (the pelletizer adopts a single-layer conditioner), and the finished particles have a large diameter (particle diameter is about 2.5-4mm). The dual-line SZLH508 rabbit feed is designed to produce 16-24 tons per hour. It adopts a single feed line for forage, two crushing lines, one ingredient mixing line, two pelleting lines and two baling lines. The total power of the equipment is about 800KW; the construction area of the production area is about 18×18×29.5m; it is equipped with a 2T boiler. The whole line has compact design, reasonable structure, meets environmental protection requirements, and can be oriented design according to customer requirements.
Section introduction:

Forage receiving and crushing section: It is often necessary to add alfalfa, straw and other crude fiber materials to rabbit feed roughage.

Forage coarse crusher: MFSP68×108, 55kw, side feed, output 3-5T/H; secondary crusher: MFSP568-Ⅱ, 37kw, output 4-6T/H

Raw material receiving and cleaning section: In this section, the pellet feeding cleaning and powder feeding cleaning are separated independently, and the dust is removed separately, and the dust removal effect is good.

Cleaning equipment: SCY80 granular material sieve, designed to produce 20-30T/H per hour; powder sieve SQLZ60×50×100, designed to produce 10-15T/H per hour.

Crushing section: Because the crushing fineness of ruminant feed is very coarse, this section uses two low-power crushers, each crusher is equipped with two smashing bins, which can crush different raw materials at the same time to improve production efficiency. Before the raw materials enter the warehouse, impurities are removed by a magnetic separator to ensure the safe operation of the crusher.

Crushing equipment (2 sets): crusher SFSP668×800, 55KW and 75KW, designed to produce 15-20T/H per hour (¢4.0mm sieve hole).

Batching mixing section: This section uses 16 batching bins (2 round bins are straw powder bins), two batching scales are used for batching at the same time, controlled by the batching program independently developed by our company, to achieve accurate fast and slow feeding, fast batching speed, and precision high. Since the formula contains a certain amount of grass powder raw materials, the grass powder has a small specific gravity, large volume, and easy arching. Therefore, the two grass powder bins use a pan feeder for the discharge, and the discharge machine also uses large-scale equipment and ingredients. The scale hopper is enlarged, and the feeding sequence controlled by the batching program is optimized at the same time.

Weighing equipment selected in this section: batching scale PCS20 (customized enlargement)/PCS05, batching accuracy: dynamic ≤ 3‰, static ≤ 1‰. Mixing equipment: mixer SHSJ4, (30KW, 2000kg/batch), with a design output of 24-30T/H per hour. Mixing uniformity CV≤5%.

Granulation section: This section adopts two single-layer quenched and tempered granulators, each granulator is equipped with two silos to be granulated, and it is convenient to change the varieties. After granulation, it enters into the cooler and the elevator to enter the rotary grading sieve for screening. The finished product enters the packing warehouse, and the rest returns to the granulation or bagging. At the same time, the bulk truck is designed for packing and transportation.

Granulating equipment (2 sets): SZLH508, 160KW, designed to produce 8-12T/H/set per hour. Cooling equipment (2 sets): SKLN6, designed to produce 10-15T/H/set per hour.

Packing equipment: belt scale (both powder and granular materials), packing range 20-50kg/bag, 6-8 bags/min.

Auxiliary section: Dust removal system to improve the working environment of workers; grease addition system, which is added at common mixers, to improve the palatability of feed.



According to the needs of different customers, the solution can be optimized for configuration:

1. This scheme uses a single-point dust removal mode, that is, each rotary distributor (powder) and granular material cleaning screen is equipped with a pulse dust collector, which has a good dust removal effect. Single-point dust removal is a humanized design for our company, providing a better working environment, but the cost increases, and customers can consider whether to adopt this configuration according to actual needs;

2. The forage crushing configuration is based on whether there is forage addition in the actual situation of the customer, so as to choose whether to configure it.

3. The number of silos can also be adjusted according to the customer's formula, the characteristics of the raw materials and other factors to achieve the highest utilization rate and effectively control the production cost;
