Process introduction:
Ruminant feed is characterized by coarse crushing fineness (screen mesh aperture 4-8mm), low maturation and conditioning requirements (granulators generally use single-layer conditioners), and large diameter of finished particles (particle diameter is about 4-10mm). The three-line SZLH678 cattle and sheep feed is designed with an hourly output of 50-60 tons, using three crushing lines, two batching mixing lines, three granulating lines and three packing lines. The total power of the equipment is approximately: 1670KW, the supporting boiler is 4T, and the construction area of the production area is approximately: 22.5*18*29.5m. Section introduction:
Raw material receiving and cleaning section: In this section, the pellet feeding cleaning and powder feeding cleaning are separated independently, and the dust is removed separately, and the dust removal effect is good.
Cleaning equipment: granular sieve SCY100, designed to produce 30-50T/H per hour; powder sieve SQLZ90×80×110, designed to produce 30-50T/H per hour.
Crushing section: Because the crushing fineness of ruminant feed is very coarse, this section uses three low-power crushers, each with two crushing bins, which can crush different raw materials at the same time to improve production efficiency. Before the raw materials enter the warehouse, impurities are removed by a magnetic separator to ensure the safe operation of the crusher.
Crushing equipment (3 sets): crusher SFSP668×1000, 160KW, designed with an hourly output of 18-20T/H/set.
Batching mixing section: This section uses 21 batching bins, two sets of batching systems are batching at the same time, and each batching system is equipped with two batching scales for simultaneous batching. It is controlled by the batching program independently developed by our company to realize accurate fast and slow feeding and fast batching. High precision.
Weighing equipment: batching scale PCS20/PCS10, batching accuracy: dynamic ≤ 3‰, static ≤ 1‰.
Mixing equipment (2 sets): Mixer SHSJ4, (30KW, 2000kg/batch), with a design output of 25-30T/H/set per hour. Mixing uniformity CV≤5%.
Granulation section: This section adopts three single-layer quenched and tempered granulators, each granulator is equipped with two silos to be granulated, and it is easy to switch varieties when changing. After granulation, it enters into the cooler and the elevator to enter the rotary grading sieve for screening. The finished products enter the packing warehouse, and the rest are returned to the granulation or bag receiving.
Granulating equipment (3 sets): SZLH678, 220KW, designed with an hourly output of 20-22T/H/set.
Cooling equipment (3 sets): SKLN10, 1.5+1.5+2.2KW, 10m³ volume, designed with an hourly output of 20-25T/H/set.
Packing section: There are 6 finished product warehouses in this section, 4 of which are dedicated to storing finished pellets, and 2 powder and pellets can be stored. The powder finished product warehouse is designed with a unique anti-classification device. The pellets or powders are finally automatically weighed and packaged by the packaging scale.
Packing equipment: double bucket belt scale (both powder and granular materials), packing range 20-50kg/bag, 10-12 bags/min.
Auxiliary section: Dust removal system to improve the working environment of workers; grease addition system, which is added at common mixers, to improve the palatability of feed.
According to the needs of different customers, the solution can be optimized for configuration:
1. This scheme uses a single-point dust removal mode, that is, each rotary distributor (powder) and granular material cleaning screen is equipped with a pulse dust collector, which has a good dust removal effect. Single-point dust removal is a humanized design for our company, providing a better working environment, but the cost increases, and customers can consider whether to adopt this configuration according to actual needs;
