Adsorption is to allow the clay to absorb the oil and impurities in the oil, so that these are filled in the pores of the clay. If the oil content of the adsorbed waste clay is too high, it will increase the operating cost, and it can also bring about a loss of nearly 35% of the oil, or half of the total organic matter of the clay.

Filtration introduction: It is to use physical means to filter the impurities suspended in the oil after adsorption by clay. Removing the suspended clay material can also remove some small impurities adsorbed on the clay. The filter units in the rapeseed oil refining equipment are generally horizontal leaf filters and polishing filters.

Introduction of catalytic mechanism: This catalysis is the process of interacting with the surface of clay to degrade impurities. For example, peroxides are reduced, the temperature is too high and the oxidation is very strong, resulting in color substances that are difficult to remove. If this color is formed, decolorizing with white clay, or using thermal decolorization will not work, and it will not be able to remove the red in the oil at all, which will make the deodorized oil more red.

Like the common screw oil press equipment on the market, there is no feeding system, and it is very laborious to operate. The multi-function automatic feeding oil press launched now has an oil hopper added to the back of the oil press. The vertical auger in the feeding system rotates and lifts the oil to the feeding port of the oil press, which can be done on one side. Press while cutting. During the pressing process, we can also control the feeding speed of the hoisting equipment. If we find oil accumulation in the hopper of the oil press, we can close the valve port of the hoisting equipment. Add oil to the hopper.
