After providing the above information, the pellet feed machine manufacturer will tailor the design drawing for you. It often takes 1 to 2 working days to design a suitable plan. Although each user's pellet machine production line is different, to a certain extent, there are great similarities. They are indispensable for these devices:

1. Feed crusher: used for crushing raw materials. According to the user's raw materials, the self-priming crusher and the hammer crusher are generally selected. The self-priming crusher is used for grain crushing, and the hammer crusher is used for crushing grass, straw and other raw materials.
2. Feed mixer: The feed mixer is used for mixing materials to make the ingredients more uniform. There are two types of horizontal mixing and vertical mixing.
3. Feed pelletizer: used to pellet raw materials into shape. Feed pelletizers mainly include ring die pellet machines and flat die pellet machines. Ring die pellet machines are divided into vertical and horizontal types according to different configurations.

4. Cooler: The temperature of the feed pellets extruded by the pelletizer is 75-95℃, the moisture content is 13-15%, it is fragile and not easy to store, so a cooler is needed to quickly cool and dry it. There are many types of coolers, such as vertical, horizontal and countercurrent. Commonly used are counterflow coolers and simple coolers (air dryers).

5. Packaging machine: Feed packaging can ensure the quality and safety of feed and make it easy for users to use. At the same time, it can also highlight the appearance, logo and brand of feed products, and increase the commodity value of feed products. The packaging process is divided into manual packaging and automatic packaging. The use of automatic packaging can increase productivity and reduce costs. The automatic packaging machine is shown in the figure below:

6. Screw feeder and conveyor: The feeder is generally used for feeding feed ingredients. The conveyor is used to transport particles.
