Product Introduction
DLDT series belt dehydrator (belt filter press) has the characteristics of continuous production, low power consumption, low noise, convenient operation and maintenance, etc., and is widely used in the dehydration of high-humidity materials.
In the production process line for the drying of dregs and feed, the belt dehydrator is used for pre-dehydration, which greatly reduces the operation of the drying equipment. For example, the water content of distiller's grains is generally above 80%, and the drying mechanical equipment system does not directly dry, and it is difficult to form an effective lifting. The belt dehydrator is used for pre-mechanical dehydration to reduce the water content to about 60%, which can reduce the difficulty of drying and lifting, and improve the quality of high-temperature deep drying and dehydration. working principle
   This equipment is mainly composed of: (1) the main engine (the main body of the slag dehydrator) (2) the air compressor (3) the air source processor (4) the electrical control box (5) the filter structure of the screen washing water. The main reasons for the tightness of belt dehydrator are:
1. Degumming at the butt joint of the vacuum chamber. The vacuum chamber is generally made of high molecular polymers. This material has strong expansion and deformation. If it is not fixed in time or is not properly fixed, then the vacuum chamber may be degummed, which occurs in the vacuum dehydrator. In case of the situation, only after parking, put down the vacuum chamber to refill the glue and fix each section of the vacuum chamber.
2. Leakage at the flange connection under the vacuum chamber. This usually has a whistle. To solve this problem, you need to lower the vacuum chamber after parking the machine, check the gasket condition of the vacuum dehydrator, and replace the gasket if there is a problem with the gasket; if it is not the gasket problem, then just tighten the flange bolts at the leak.
3. If the filtrate main pipe leaks, you only need to tighten the bolts at the leaking place. If there is a problem with the gasket, you need to replace the gasket after stopping the machine. To prevent vacuum leakage, it is necessary to perform a vacuum test after the system is installed and before the filter cloth is installed. This can control the problem before driving and avoid the trouble after driving.
