Product Introduction
The main body of the host is made of stainless steel, including large screen rollers, waterproof covers, nozzles, water tanks, mudguards and other parts. The main frame is welded by carbon steel, and its surface is treated with high-strength anti-corrosion spray paint. The bottom layer is sprayed with epoxy zinc-rich paint, the middle layer is sprayed with epoxy mica paint, and the surface layer is sprayed with fluorocarbon paint and the machine touch-up paint is added. Four spray paint, acid, alkali and rust resistance can reach more than 10 years. This equipment is suitable for the dehydration operation of the medicine slag before drying. It can dehydrate the medicine slag containing 76-90% water to 50-70%, reducing the burden of the dryer. After dehydration, the dregs can directly enter the drying equipment, which greatly reduces the drying energy consumption.

working principle
The high-humidity medicine slag is conveyed to the hopper of the dewatering machine through the conveyor, and spread evenly on the filter belt through the spiral distributor. With the operation of the equipment, the limiter plate smoothes the height of the material layer to make the thickness of the material complete Evenly and uniformly; then the upper and lower two fully tensioned ring-shaped filter belts clamp the material layer. Driven by the driving roller, the pair of rollers in the dehydration zone are mechanically squeezed continuously for many times to press out a large amount of water. According to the characteristics of the medicine slag, the extrusion force is automatically adjusted to meet the customer's requirements for the moisture of the medicine slag.
