Product Introduction
  The screw dewatering machine is an extrusion separation equipment that can run continuously and is used for squeezing out liquid from organic materials and separating inorganic materials from slag. The screen is not clogged, and there are no requirements for the feed concentration, viscosity, hardness, astringency, and particle size and fiber length. Don't pick and choose, just squeeze when it comes. The press can run stably and smoothly continuously, with low failure rate and low operation and maintenance costs (the screen is unstressed, protective extrusion). The juice yield of some fruits and vegetables reaches 85%, and at the same time, squeezing juice with core is also a function of it, and the dryness of some materials reaches 20% after dehydration.
The screw extrusion dehydrator can remove about 20% of the moisture in the material, greatly reducing the burden of the dryer, greatly increasing the output, and greatly reducing the energy consumption. It is an indispensable processing equipment for high-humidity materials before drying. The material can directly enter the drying equipment, which greatly reduces the drying energy consumption.
working principle
After the speed regulating motor is running normally, the material is evenly added from the feeding box. The material after entering the machine is driven by the spiral rotating blade to move forward in the axial direction. During the forwarding process, the material is affected by the changing pitch and the adjustment baffle, forming a huge squeeze. The pressure causes the material to be mechanically dehydrated under the action of external force. The water is discharged through the screen at the water outlet, and the dehydrated material is discharged at the discharge box. Three elements for the selection of a press: feed, liquid and slag. What people saw was the discharge, followed by the feed, and most of them did not see the slag. The fluid looks rushing, very gratifying.
