Use and maintenance

1. Before using this machine, first check whether the screws of each part are fastened

2. Loosen the two adjusting bolts on both ends of the pressure roller before starting up, then start the motor, and observe whether the rotation of the machine is the same as the logo

3. Tighten the two pressure wheel adjusting screws (the gap between the pressure wheel fish template is 0.1---0.3mm), then turn on the machine, and then feed and grind, and grind repeatedly until the stencil hole is smooth and all the materials are discharged. After stopping the machine, punch out the remaining material in the template hole with steel nails.
4. The pellet machine is stopped. Stop feeding before stopping. After the material in the silo is processed, add oily material into the stencil hole to keep the hole lubricated so that it will not be blocked next time.
5. The length of the pellets can be adjusted to the up and down position of the cutter above the discharge port.
 6. Under normal production conditions, the pressure roller bearing must be cleaned with diesel or gasoline every five days, and high-speed lubricating oil must be injected at the same time. The gearbox is repaired and maintained every six months, and the vertical shaft bearing is cleaned every 7 days.
