Belt Conveyor-Pulp Processing Machine

Structure principle
The conveyor is composed of a head drive device, a tail device, a tension device, a roller device, a frame, a bracket, a deflector device, a guard plate, a scraper device, a belt, and a leg.

1. Head drive device

It is composed of motor, reducer, bearing and active roller. The power is directly transmitted from the reducer to the active drum, and the drum drives the belt to run.

2. Tail device

Located at the rear of the machine, it belongs to the redirecting part, which is composed of driven rollers and bearings.

3. Tensioning device

The screw tension is used to adjust the tightness of the belt.

4. Roller device

It is fixed on the frame, divided into upper and lower layers, used to support the belt, and rotate with the running belt, in the belt conveyor.

5. Rack

It is composed of headstock, tailstock and middle frame. It is welded with channel steel or square pipe, angle steel and reinforced steel plate.

6. Brackets

It is fixed on the frame and located between the upper roller device to support the belt and ensure the smooth running of the belt material.

7. Deflection wheel device

It is fixed on the frame and located on both sides of the belt near the machine head and tail to prevent the belt from slipping.

8. Scraper device

Fixed at the end of the machine to clean up the foreign matter on the return belt surface.
