Cylindrical sieve is mainly used for pulping waste paper to remove large-shaped light debris in the process. It has the advantages of good screening effect, low power consumption, simple structure and convenient maintenance.
Structure principle
The cylindrical screen is mainly composed of a screen drum, a frame, a reduction motor drive device, a belt drive device, a supporting wheel device, a wheel blocking device and a water spray pipe system. There are spiral blades in the screen drum, which can transport impurities. The light impurities containing the slurry enter the screen drum from the slurry inlet. Under the action of gravity, the good slurry is discharged from the good slurry opening through the screen holes, and the light impurities are conveyed by the spiral blades in the screen drum to the tail of the screen drum for discharge. The water spray system is installed on both sides of the screen drum. On the one hand, it cleans the slurry in the impurities, and on the other hand, it washes the screen drum to keep the screen holes unobstructed.
