Product introduction:
D-series pulpers are mainly used to break various pulp boards, broken paper and various waste paper. Its main features are: the Volks rotor is off-center, which makes the slurry and the rotor contact more quickly and the frequency is higher. The traditional hydraulic pulper produces an unobstructed swirling flow. The paper material moves in a spiral line from the place where it is added to the central rotor, while the D-type hydraulic pulper changes this flow method and makes the paper material faster In contact with the rotor, it can shorten the time from the paper stock to the disintegration treatment, and can increase the production capacity without increasing the power and volume.
Structure principle
D-type hydraulic pulper is mainly composed of D-type tank, rotor and pulping plate, bracket, motor and protective cover.
When the tank body of the pulper is filled with water 1/2, the motor is started and the pulp board, broken paper or waste paper is evenly put into the tank body. When the rotor rotates, the slurry is thrown from the center to the surroundings, and a vortex is generated at its center. The material is subjected to strong hydraulic impact and shearing, resulting in mutual intense friction and soft rubbing. At the same time, due to the impact of the rotor, the pulp board and the damaged paper are broken up in the wet state, and they are dissociated into single fibers. The slurry flows out through the sieve, and the foreign matter and heavy slag are collected in the sediment tank for regular discharge; during continuous operation, the foreign matter and heavy slag enter the sediment well, and the impurities are discharged after being processed by the impurity separator. Due to the special structure of the tank of this series of hydraulic pulpers, when the rotor rotates, the slurry flow is blocked by the D-shaped straight surface of the tank and turned to the center, shortening the rotation path of the slurry, and the slurry is broken more frequently. The unbroken paper and fiber bundles are further disintegrated in the gap between the rotor and the sieve plate. Due to the special shape of the broken blade tail, it has the function of keeping the screen hole from being blocked. When shredding waste paper, it is equipped with a rope winch to continuously remove entangled impurities, which can greatly extend the continuous running time of the pulper and improve work efficiency.
1. D-shaped tank:
It is welded by steel plates, the upper mouth is reinforced with channel steel, and the conical bottom is equipped with a baffle plate to make the slurry return to form a circulation. There is a rectangular interface at the bottom of the tank, which is connected to the sediment well, which is opened by the user on site according to the process requirements.
2. Rotor device:
Including rotor, sieve plate, pulping plate and transmission device. The rotor is a Volkswagen energy-saving rotor made of cast steel. The blades are tool steel and heat treated. The blades are fastened to the rotor blades with screws and can be replaced after wear. The sieve plate is made of wear-resistant stainless steel, and the bottom knife is set on it. The gap between the bottom surface of the rotor blade and the bottom knife of the sieve plate is initially set to 2 mm, which can be adjusted with adjusting bolts as required.
The rotor and the slurry plate are higher than the bottom of the tank. On the one hand, a low pressure area is formed around the slurry plate to accumulate impurities. The impurities are carried into the slag well by the slurry flow and separated continuously; on the other hand, the contact between impurities and the rotor can be reduced. The service life of the rotor is prolonged, and the twisted rope can be prevented from being wound on the rotor to facilitate normal operation. There is a good slurry outlet pipe under the slurry tray, which can be connected with the slurry pump.
3. Bracket:
It is welded with steel plate to support the tank and rotor device.
