The ZNP series gravity multi-disc thickener is a slurry thickening equipment designed based on our factory's accumulated years of practical experience in the design and manufacturing of disc filters, combined with the actual situation of domestic papermaking enterprises. This equipment is a continuous rotary thickening equipment, mainly used for mechanical wood pulp, waste paper pulp, reed pulp, bamboo pulp, slag pulp, grass with low freeness (higher beating degree), short fiber or high pulp concentration. Dehydration and concentration of pulp and other slurries.
Structure principle
This machine is mainly composed of tank, upper cover, main shaft, fan-shaped plate, net washing device, transmission device, etc. The detailed structure is shown in the general equipment drawing.

Tank body: The tank body includes three parts: the pulp inlet tank, the intermediate tank, and the pulp outlet tank. After the pulp enters the pulp tank, it is continuously concentrated in the tank body, flows to the pulp outlet, and is discharged from the pulp outlet tank after overflow Outside the machine. The tank body adopts downstream structure, welded by steel plate and section steel.
Upper cover: welded by steel plates, there are windows on the cover. Open the movable cover to observe the operation of each part. When the equipment is overhauled or the filter is replaced, it can be removed through the lifting ears on the cover.
Filter plate: assembled from 8 stainless steel fan-shaped plates, covered with stainless steel filter screen, filter screen mesh 40~60 mesh, fan-shaped filter plate is installed on the outer diameter of the main shaft, and the main shaft is connected by bolts, the structure is firm, assembly and disassembly Convenience.
Screen washing device: through the ultra-thin self-cleaning nozzle on the water spray pipe, high-pressure water of 0.6～0.7 MPa is sprayed to wash off the slurry adhering on the surface of the filter screen, and the filter screen is washed to restore the filter screen ability. Both ends of the spray main pipe are G3" pipe threads, and the nozzle cleaning position can be changed by rotating the angle of the spray main pipe.
The transmission device is mainly composed of a suspended solid shaft reducer, a variable frequency motor with a pulley, a torque arm, etc. The speed of the filter disc of the thickener can be adjusted by adjusting the speed of the variable frequency motor to meet the technological requirements of the concentration process.
