The double-disc refiner is a beating equipment, which has the characteristics of compact structure, small area, high efficiency, low power consumption, strong adaptability, simple operation, flexible adjustment and convenient maintenance. It is a continuous beating equipment. According to the requirements of the beating process, single or multiple units can be used in series or parallel.
Structure principle
This machine is composed of the main machine of the disc grinder, the coupling, the feed device and other systems.

1. The main body of the double disc refiner

The refiner is equipped with two grinding zones. The four grinding discs are assembled in the order of left, left, right and right according to the inclination angle of the grinding pattern. The two left grinding discs are respectively fixed on the inner wall of the casing and the inner side of the turntable. It is fixed on the outer side of the turntable and on the movable seat to form two grinding zones (see the diagram for the installation of the grinding disc). The slurry is fed into the mill area through the slurry inlet pipe, and after beating, the slurry is pumped out of the mill area and gathered in the shell and discharged from the slurry outlet.

The main shaft is equipped with two sets of bearings, which are fixed by a bearing seat, and are connected to the motor by a coupling through a nylon pin. The other end of the main shaft is equipped with a turntable. Both ends of the turntable are equipped with left and right grinding discs. The turntable rotates between the two fixed grinding discs and moves axially according to the pressure on both sides.

The moving seat is adjusted by the feed device to make it move axially to adjust the gap between the two grinding zones. There is a guide key between the moving seat and the shell, which is pushed by a trapezoidal screw.

The cover is a welded part, which is connected with the housing by a pin shaft. Before opening the cover, the movable seat must be retracted into the cover, and the surrounding locking bolts can be loosened to open the cover. Before closing the cover, keep the end surface clean, and the movable seat must be retracted into the cover to cover it, and then tighten the surrounding bolts evenly.

2. Coupling

The coupling adopts nylon pin connection, which can meet the requirements of the displacement of the advance and retreat tool and the transmission torque. Its advantages are easy disassembly and assembly and convenient maintenance.

3. Feeding device

The worm gear deceleration system in the feed device uses the worm gear to rotate the trapezoidal screw to push the moving seat forward or backward. Every time the motor rotates once, the movable seat moves 0.23mm. Turn the handwheel in a clockwise direction to move the seat forward, and vice versa.
