ZDF fiber separator is a kind of equipment developed to meet the needs of waste paper manufacturing pulp. Structure principle
The fiber separator is mainly composed of a casing, a slurry pipe, a sieve plate, and an impeller.

The casing of the fiber separator is generally coiled and welded into a conical shape from steel plates, the slurry inlet is set in the tangential direction of the upper part, and the bottom is provided with an outlet for heavy impurities. There is a conical front cover in front of the casing, which is connected with the casing by a hinge, which is convenient for opening during maintenance. There is a light impurity outlet in the center of the front cover, and a sieve plate is provided at the rear of the casing. The slurry passes through the sieve holes on the sieve plate and is output from the good slurry outlet. The rotating impeller is close to the sieve plate, and a small (1-3 mm) gap is maintained between the impeller and the sieve plate. The impeller is fixed on the rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft is supported by the rolling bearing and driven by the motor to rotate by the pulley.
