Structure principle
This machine is composed of five parts: coupling, main shaft and its bearing seat, main shaft feed mechanism, main machine and electrical control system.

1. Coupling

This machine adopts nylon pin coupling, which is composed of nylon pin shaft, main shaft coupling and motor coupling. It can meet the axial displacement and transmission torque requirements of the main shaft. It is easy to install, save maintenance costs, and is convenient to use.

2. Spindle and bearing seat

The main shaft and the bearing are assembled in the bearing sleeve. Three bearings are installed. The bearing sleeve is provided with an oil hole to inject lubricating oil. There is an oil level mark on the lower operation side to check the oil level and keep it In place.

3. Spindle feed mechanism

The spindle feed mechanism is assembled at the rear of the bearing seat (close to the spindle coupling side), adjust the spindle axial feed through the handwheel and turning the handle M12×90, adjust the spindle to the proper position, turn the pin handle and the latch It is locked to the tooth part of the toothed bearing cover. When adjusting the feed, the bearing chamber end limit screw M16×90 and the nut M16 must be adjusted first to avoid the serious accident of the gear ring collision during operation. . For every turn of the handwheel, the axial displacement of the main shaft is 0.125mm.

4. Host

This part mainly consists of a fixed-tooth outer ring, a fixed-tooth inner ring and a movable gear ring to form a thinning area. The slurry enters the direction of the spindle axis, and the slurry exits at the upper radial outlet. The spindle feed mechanism is used to make it move axially (the large amount of movement is less than 7mm) to adjust the gap between the fixed and movable ring gears. When the machine is turned on, the gap is greater than 1mm, and it should not be less than 0.50mm during normal operation. There is a drain hole in the lower part of the casing to clean up the remaining slurry and dirt during shutdown.
