Structure principle
This equipment is a vertical structure, mainly composed of a tank, a rotor, a transmission part, a pulping plate, a bracket and other parts.
The rotor device is composed of a rotor and a bearing support device. The rotor has spiral blades. When the rotor rotates, the slurry moves from top to bottom along the surface of the rotor, then throws from the lower part of the rotor to the groove wall, and then moves upward along the groove wall. , Brought to the bottom by the rotor again, forming a strong hydraulic impact and shearing action, the slurry produces mutual friction and kneading, and then dissociates into single fibers. At the same time, under the mutual friction between the fibers and the chemical action of the deinking agent, the ink Peel off the fiber surface. The bearing support device adopts a low-friction structure, and all but the packing culvert is non-contact sealing, reducing unnecessary energy loss.
The tank body is welded by steel plates, and the upper part is equipped with angle steel flanges to prepare for high-concentration operation and low-concentration discharge to expand the volume. The lower part is equipped with a tank bottom flange connected with the pulp outlet. There are three baffles at the bottom of the tank body to promote the backflow of the slurry to form a circulation, and an orifice plate is used as a dilution water channel when the high concentration is broken. The bottom of the tank is provided with a slurry outlet, after the disintegration is completed, the slurry is discharged.
The lower part of the tank is equipped with a transmission part, which is composed of a main shaft, a bearing, a bearing seat and a pulley.
Large aperture screens can be installed under the rotor according to process requirements. It can also be used as a low-concentration pulper by replacing the rotor and sieve plate.
The bracket is composed of four pipe columns and reinforcing ribs to support the tank body. The upper part of the reinforcing rib is welded to the tank body, and the lower part is welded to the bottom plate to make the support stronger. As a pulper for deinking, it adopts intermittent operation. According to the process, it can produce high-concentration pulp or low-concentration discharge.
