ZDSZ series of vertical hydraulic pulpers are mainly used to break various pulp boards, broken paper and various waste paper. Structure principle
ZDSZ type hydraulic pulper is mainly composed of trough, rotor, transmission part, slurry position box (continuous) and other parts.

When the tank body of the pulper is filled with water 1/2, the motor is started, the pulp board, broken paper or waste paper is evenly put into the tank body, the slurry after being decomposed and separated flows out through the screen hole, and the foreign matter and heavy residue are collected in the sediment tank Discharge regularly. Due to the special structure of the rotor of this series of hydraulic pulpers, when the rotor rotates, the slurry is thrown from the center to the surroundings, and a vortex is generated at its center, so that the pulp board and the broken paper are broken up in a wet state. The unbroken paper and fiber bundles are further disintegrated in the gap between the rotor and the sieve plate. Due to the special shape of the broken blade tail, it has the function of keeping the screen hole from being blocked.
The tank body is welded by steel plates, and the upper part has a tapered mouth to prevent splashing; the lower part has a steel flange to connect with the transmission part. There is a baffle at the bottom of the tank body to make the slurry return to form a circulation. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a slag discharge port and a slag tank to facilitate the discharge of impurities.
The lower part of the tank is equipped with a transmission part, which is composed of a main shaft, a bearing, a bearing seat and a pulley.
Below the rotor is a sieve plate, and there are a variety of sieve holes for users to choose. The distance between the rotor and the sieve plate is generally 3 mm, which can be adjusted.
The pulp level box (continuous type) is a steel cylinder that communicates with the pulping pipe of the pulper, and is equipped with an adjustable overflow gate to adjust the pulp position of the pulper and control the pulp quality.
