Product introduction:

The drum screen is used in the coarse screen or fine screen of the pulping line to wash the tail pulp, recover the pulp fiber, and discharge waste plastic and furfural foam.
Structure principle
It consists of a frame, a cylinder, a supporting wheel device, a transmission device, a reduction motor, a spray water pipe, a mobile cleaning water pipe device, a pulp tray and a protective cover.

The cylinder is supported by a supporting wheel fixed on the frame, and the driving device drives the cylinder to rotate through the joint drive;
After the slurry enters the rotating cylinder, it is washed by a spray water pipe, so that the pulp fibers in the slurry are carried out by the water through the screen gap and then discharged as a good slurry. The remaining materials that are cleaned are discharged as tailings.
The cleaning water pipe is controlled by a servo drive to continuously clean each screen gap, so that the cylinder screening area can run continuously without blockage.
