Product introduction:

The ZSR type slag separator is generally used to treat impurities from the coarse screen, and has the characteristics of no vibration, low wear and closed. It is also very suitable for processing the slurry from the fiber machine.
Structure principle
This equipment includes a welded assembly main body, which supports the screen plate, rotor, collection tank, slag discharge tank and bracket, which is installed horizontally.

The equipment is driven by a belt, the pulley and belt can be installed at either end of the equipment, and the motor is installed near the equipment.

The rotor is a long cylindrical structure with blades. The blades are close to the main body of the equipment. The angle of the blades on the rotor is preset.

For the optimized perspective. The design of the shaft allows the drive belt to be installed at either end of the equipment. The rotor is supported by bearing seats at both ends of the shell.

The shell cover is easy to disassemble, and the internal components are easy to check. The imported pipe and pulley can be checked and repaired without removing the rotor or sieve plate. The cover is provided with a baffle to prevent the slurry from flowing back in the axial direction, and the slurry is pushed forward by the rotor.

Both the good slurry outlet tank and the slag discharge tank are part of the overall structure. The good slurry tank is used to collect the filtrate, and its design increases the strength of the equipment. The slag discharge trough is located on the leg opposite the end of the inlet.

The perforated sieve plate is semi-cylindrical, and the through holes on the sieve plate can be different due to different usage conditions. The screen plate is fixed on the shell with bolts.
