Trash Separator-paper Processing Machine

This series of impurity separators are used in conjunction with the sediment well to remove a large amount of light and a small amount of heavy substances in the pulper in the waste paper treatment process of the pulp and paper industry.

After the slag well, the slurry containing coarse, light and heavy impurities in the pulper’s disintegration process gathers in the slag well and overflows into the impurity separator. Under the action of its rotor, the good slurry enters the lower channel through the sieve. Process. Coarse debris stays in the impurity separator, and is discharged after regular flushing and pressing the cylindrical sieve for dehydration. The use of this equipment can remove impurities in the waste paper pulp as soon as possible, avoid the refinement of impurities during the disintegration process, reduce the load of the subsequent process equipment, and increase the production capacity of the pulper. Structure principle
This equipment is mainly composed of a front cover, a casing, a rotor device, a base, and a transmission device.

A slurry inlet pipe and a heavy slag discharge pipe are arranged on the front cover.

The front part of the casing is provided with a light slag discharge pipe, a flange at the end is connected with the pulping plate in the rotor device, and a connecting bottom plate is connected with the base on both sides.

The rotor device is mainly composed of the rotor, auxiliary shaft, pulping plate, sieve plate device, bearing seat, transmission bracket, large triangle pulley and other parts. The rotor is made of wear-resistant cast steel. There are adjusting bolts on the rotor device to adjust the gap between the screen plate and the rotor.

The base is used to support the casing and the transmission part.

The transmission device is mainly composed of a motor, a small V-belt pulley, a motor bracket and a V-belt.
