Structure principle paper pulp processing machine
It consists of three parts: main drive roller device, slave drive roller device and frame.

1. Main drive roller device

It is composed of a motor, a reducer, an active roller, a sprocket, a bearing with a seat and a support ring. The power is directly transmitted from the motor to the main shaft through the reducer, and then transmitted to the side-by-side slave driving rollers through the sprocket chain. The bearing with seat supports the active roller and is fixed on the frame.

2. From the drive roller device

The roller device is composed of a driven roller, a sprocket, a bearing with a seat and a support ring. The bearing with seat supports the driven roller and is fixed on the frame.

3. Rack

It is welded with channel steel, angle steel and reinforced steel plate.
