Structure principle
This machine is composed of screen body, vibration exciter, damping spring, headstock box, spray pipe, elastic coupling, etc.

The screen body is composed of a screen frame, a screen plate and an air-sealed chamber. The entire screen body is supported on four spring deceleration dampers. The vibration exciter consists of an eccentric block and a bearing mounted on the main shaft, and is fixed on the center of gravity of the screen frame with bolts. The motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the elastic coupling, and the eccentric block makes the screen body vibrate. A gate which can adjust the slurry position is arranged in the head storage box. By adjusting the slurry position, the slurry is immersed in the lower part of the air-sealed chamber to form an air seal.
