The dry method of this machine removes impurities, which greatly reduces the abrasion of the subsequent equipment such as cutter heads, grinding discs, slurry pumps, pipelines, slag removers, pressure screens and other beating and screening equipment.

1. Equipment structure

This series of bulk packaging machine is composed of bulk packaging machine barrel, feeding device, barrel drive roller, support frame, slag receiving tank, barrel axial positioning wheel, outer protective cover and power transmission system. Among them, the bulk bag slag removal cylinder is provided with a material lifting plate, a spiral belt and a slag removal hole. The lifting plate and the spiral belt are fixed on the inner wall of the bulk bag slag removing drum, and the material lifting plate is fixed on the inner wall of the bulk bag slag removing drum. The slag removing holes are through holes arranged on the bulk bag slag removing drum. The outside of the slag removal drum is fixed with a cylindrical raceway, and the two raceways fall on the lower cylindrical driving roller. The slag receiving groove is a two-page inclined plate set on the lower half of the bulk bag slag removal drum. The axial positioning wheel is arranged on the lower center points of the inner sides of the two outer raceways of the bulk bag slag removing drum, and the feeding device is located at the feeding port of the bulk bag slag removing drum.

Supporting equipment and technological process of this series of bulk charter:

Bulk bag screening and deslagging, feeding chain conveyor and picking chain conveyor (or picking belt conveyor) and other equipment form a waste paper bulk bag dry screening system.

Technological process: waste paper → bag delivery chain conveyor → bulk bag machine → picking chain conveyor (or belt conveyor) → pulper.

2. Working principle

The densely packed waste paper bundle is sent to the feeding device by the feeding chain conveyor, and enters the rotating bulk bag deslagging drum through the feeding port. The lifting board lifts the paper bundle to a certain height, drops it (in free fall), and hits it. After dropping, pressing, smashing, squeezing, poking, tearing, etc. on the spiral belt, the lifting plate and the inner wall of the cylinder, while the material is conveyed by the spiral belt, the paper bundle moves forward, and the process is continuously repeated to make The solid paper bundle is dismembered, so that the hard particles trapped in the waste paper are separated through the slag removal hole, and fall into the slag receiving tank, and the loose waste paper comes out through the port of the bulk packer and spreads in the sorting chain. On the plate conveyor, it will be sent to the pulping system after manual sorting.
